Shipping and Return Policy
Exchange Policy:
1/ Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within (from within the Eastern Province within one day, outside the Eastern Province 5 days), and he does not have the right to replace the product after the specified period has passed.
2/ To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, Cedar will bear the shipping costs.
-The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
1/ If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
2/ If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession
Return Policy:
1/ Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within (one day from within the Eastern Province, 5 days outside the Eastern Province), and he does not have the right to return the product after the specified period has passed.
2/ The product must be in good condition to be returned and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3/ The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
4/ In the event of a return and payment via (Visa, Mada, MasterCard), administrative fees will be deducted and the customer will bear the costs.
5/ Any product purchased in installments (Tabby) is not returnable, but can be exchanged for the same value or more. The customer bears the cost of the round-trip shipping.
6/Return using the same payment method.
7/ Bring the invoice.
-The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
1/ If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
2/ If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
Maintenance system and conditions:
1/ Free maintenance for one year.
2/ Maintenance does not include an increase in gold, and the customer bears the cost of adding any piece. The maintenance period is one week.
